This dish is fastly prepared, not very expensive and the final result
is delicious!
- At first we open the can and cast the content into a colander and
flush it with some water.
- We peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
- We peel the cloves of garlic.
- In a pan we heat about 1 cup of olive oil.
- We fry the onion pieces for about 3 minutes whilst we stir a little.
- We add the white beans, smashed garlic, the tomato puree and flavor
whit some salt.
- Now you serve the beans with some fresh baguette.
