What you need for 1-2 persons:

  • 500 gram Vanilla-Soy-Yoghurt
  • 250 gram raspberries
  • 5 minutes of your time!

If you are a vegetarian and enjoy dairy-products like yoghurt you don't have to dispair: there are lots of vegan-friendly "dairy"-products available: for example soy-yoghurt, ice-cream and soy-milk. :)

  1. Just serve the Yoghurt with the fresh raspberries: delicious!
