50 gram (1,8 oz) frozen mixed-herbs (or you take fresh ones)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil

At first we heat some water for the Tortellini.
We give the water into a big cooking pot.
We add the Tortellini and one tablespoon salt.
We stir everything so that the Tortellini don't cleave on each others.
The Tortellini need to cook 5-8 minutes until they are "al dente"
After that you cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander
and flush it shortly with some cold water.
During the cooking of the Tortellini we can make our sauce.
We wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
We peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
We peel the cloves of garlic.
Afterwards we heat the olive oil in a frying pan. We add the onion
pieces and fry them for about 1 minute.
We add the soycream, the herbs and smashed cloves of garlic. We cook
everything for about 2 minutes whilst stirring. Afterwards we flavour
with some salt.
Now we mix the Tortellini together with our sauce and top everything
with the tomato pieces.
