  1. At first we heat some water for the Tagliatelle.
  2. We give the  water into a big cooking pot.
  3. We add the Tagliatelle and one tablespoon salt.
  4. We stir everything so that the Tagliatelle don't cleave on each others.
  5. The Tagliatelle need to cook 5-8 minutes until they are "al dente"
  6. After that you cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander and flush it shortly with some cold water.
  7. During the cooking of the Tagliatelle we can make our sauce.
  8. We peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
  9. We wash the paprikas and cut them into two halfs then we corn them and cut them into small pieces.
  10. We heat some olive oil in a pan.
  11. We fry the onion and paprika pieces 7 minutes whilst stirring a little.
  12. We add 2 cups of water, peeled and smashed cloves of garlic and the tomato puree.
  13. We flavor our sauce with salt and mix tagliatelle and sauce together.
  14. Now you can serve them on big pasta-plates.
