What you need for 2-3 persons:
500 gram (1,1 lb) Spaghetti
3 tomatoes
70 ml (2,4 fl oz) Soycream
a little basil
30 ml (1 fl oz) water for the sauce
2-3 teaspoons tomato puree
Salt
15 minutes of your time!

At first we heat some water for the Spaghetti.
We give the water into a big cooking pot.
We add the Spaghetti and one tablespoon salt.
We stir everything so that the Spaghetti don't cleave on each others.
The Spaghetti need to cook 5-8 minutes until they are "al dente"
After that you cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander and flush it shortly with some cold water.
During the cooking of the Spaghetti we can make our sauce.
We wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
We give them in a small cooking pot. We add 30ml water to prevent the tomatoes from scorching.
The tomatoes are going to be cooked for 6 minutes. We stir in between.
If the tomatoes are finished we add the soycream and the tomato puree and mix everything together.
We flavor everything with salt.
Now we can arrange and garnish our dish with some basil leaves.
