What you need for 2-3 persons:
- 500 gram (1,1 lb) Spaghetti
- 200 gram (7 oz) field mushrooms
- 2 zucchini
- 250 ml (8,5 fl oz) soycream
- a bunch of fresh parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- fresh black pepper out of the mill
- 3 table spoons vegetable oil
- salt
