  1. At first we heat some water for the Spaghetti.
  2. We give the  water into a big cooking pot.
  3. We add the Spaghetti and one tablespoon salt.
  4. We stir everything so that the Spaghetti don't cleave on each others.
  5. The Spaghetti need to cook 5-8 minutes until they are "al dente"
  6. After that you cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander and flush it shortly with some cold water.
  7. During the cooking of the Spaghetti we can make our carbonara-sauce.
  8. We peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
  9. We peel the cloves of garlic.
  10. We wash the parsley and also chop it into small pieces.
  11. Now we take the smoked tofu and cut it into small cubes.
  12. We heat some olive oil and then fry the smoked tofu for about 2 minutes. My experience is, that if you fry tofu it almost tastes like bacon. ;-)
  13. Now we add the onion pieces and fry everything again for about 2 minutes whlilst we're stirring.
  14. We add the soycream, the smashed cloves of garlic and the parsley and mix everything together. We let it cook for about 1 minute and then flavour with salt and fresh black pepper.
  15. Now you can mix the spaghetti with the carbonara-sauce together and serve it.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
