- At the day before you soak the chickpeas in water for about 12 hours.
- On the next day we add into a cooking pot one cup of rice and two
cups of water. We boil the rice about 10 minutes until there is no water
left.
- With a mixer we puree the chickpeas.
- We mix the cooled off rice and the chickpeas mush and flavor everything
with some salt.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
- We form some flat burger the size of a palm of the hand.
- We fry the burgers on middle-heat on each site 5-7 minutes until they
are ready.
- We cut the toast-gems into two halfs and toast them on the lowest
heat for about 1 minute.
- Now we wash the salad...
- ...peel the onion and cut them into filmy rings.
- We wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
- We give one toast-gem-half on a plate.
- Now we add a rice-chickpeas-burger...
- ...and the other half of the toast-gem.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
