  1. At the day before you soak the chickpeas in water for about 12 hours.
  2. On the next day we add into a cooking pot one cup of rice and two cups of water. We boil the rice about 10 minutes until there is no water left.
  3. With a mixer we puree the chickpeas.
  4. We mix the cooled off rice and the chickpeas mush and flavor everything with some salt.
  5. We heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
  6. We form some flat burger the size of a palm of the hand.
  7. We fry the burgers on middle-heat on each site 5-7 minutes until they are ready.
  8. We cut the toast-gems into two halfs and toast them on the lowest heat for about 1 minute.
  9. Now we wash the salad...
  10. ...peel the onion and cut them into filmy rings.
  11. We wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.

  • We give one toast-gem-half on a plate.

  • We add some salad.

  • Now we add a rice-chickpeas-burger...

  • ...some mayonnaise...

  • ...some onion rings...

  • ...tomato slices...

  • ...ketchup...

  • ...and the other half of the toast-gem.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
