- At first we peel the potatoes and afterwards cut them into middle-sized
pieces.
- We set a large cooking pot onto the cooker and add the potatoes and
about 1,5 litre water and add some salt.
- We boil them for about 15-20 minutes on full heat until the potatoes
are ready.
- Then we cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander (don't
flush them with water: they'll become watery).
- In between the potatoes are boiling we can prepare our sauce.
- At first we wash the dill and afterwards cut it into small pieces.
- Into a small cooking pot we add the margarine and heat it.
- If the margarine is liquid we add the flour and stir everything for
about 2 minutes.
- Now we add the soycream and mix everything together. If you get some
clots mix everything with a food processor - but that shouldn't happen.
- We add the dill, the mustard and add a little citron-juice. Now we
flavor everything with salt. If the sauce became to thick, add some
water.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
