What you need for 2-3 persons:

August 22, 2005 This dish is very light and mainly easy prepared: everybody knows spaghetti with tomatoe-sauce and by comparison this rice is a little healthier because of the fresh parsley ;-) Fresh boiled rice mixed with some margarine is definately very delicious but if you add parsley and a little tomato puree it is even more. Just try it!
