What you need for 1 person:

  • 9 mellow nectarines
  • About 125 gram (4,4 oz) soy yoghurt
  • 1/4 nectarine for garnishing
  • 7minutes of your time!

There are a lot of variations of fruit-mush: Today we are gonna pick nectarines and garnish with some soy yoghurt. The good about this nectarines mush is that you eat all the vitamins, mineral nutrients, flavonoids of all nine nectarines: definately some sort of healthbomb ;-)

  1. At first we wash the nectarines.
  2. We peel them with a knife.
  3. We cut every nectarine into four pieces and core them afterwards.
  4. We mix all nectarines.
  5. We garnish with a nectarine cut into filmy pieces and some soy yoghurt.
