August 4, 2005 There are a lot of variations of fruit-mush: Today we are gonna pick nectarines and garnish with some soy yoghurt. The good about this nectarines mush is that you eat all the vitamins, mineral nutrients, flavonoids of all nine nectarines: definately some sort of healthbomb ;-)
