What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 400 gram (0,9 lb) field mushrooms
  • 1 pita bread
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • a handful fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • 300 gram (11 oz) soy yoghurt
  • salt
  • 15 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we wash our field mushrooms.
  2. We cut them into slices.
  3. We heat lots of olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms about 5 minutes until they are ready.
  4. We flavor them with salt.
  5. For our dip we take one bowl and add the soy yoghurt, three peeled and smashed cloves of garlic and washed and cutted basil.
  6. We cut the pita bread into slices and serve it with the mushrooms and the dip.
