- At first we wash our field mushrooms.
- We cut them into slices.
- We heat lots of olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms about 5 minutes
until they are ready.
- We flavor them with salt.
- For our dip we take one bowl and add the soy yoghurt, three peeled
and smashed cloves of garlic and washed and cutted basil.
- We cut the pita bread into slices and serve it with the mushrooms
and the dip.
