To make your own fruit ice cream aka sorbet is really something special
and very easy as well.
- We peel the kiwi fruits.
- Now we puree them.
- Eventually we add some sugar.
- Just add the kiwi mix into an ice-cream machine and wait until it
is ready.
- There is also an option if you don't own one: Just freeze the kiwi
mix. Afterwards defrost it for about 20 minutes and then mix it smooth.
