- We soak the chickpeas in the doubled amount of water the day before
we cook them.
- On the next day we cook the chickpeas at medium heat one hour until
they are soft.
- Now we can mix the chickpeas. For a better handling we give the other
liquids into the mixer.
- After we've mixed them we give 100-200 ml water, 3 tablespoons sesamemush,
the juice of a 1/2 citron and 3 peeled and smashed cloves of garlic
to our chickpeas.
- We mix everything together and flavor with salt.
- We wash the parsley and cut it into small pieces.
- We give the humous on a plate: on top of it we give the paprica spice,
the parsley and lots of olive oil.
