Tofuburger "HOT BANDITOOO"

 

 
 

What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 250 gram (8,8 oz) Tofu
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salad
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprica spice (spicey)
  • 6 burger gems with sesame
 

 

  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • some ketchup
  • 15 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we add to a bowl breadcrumbs, tofu and the paprika spice.
  2. We knead everything until we get a dough. Afterwards we flavor with salt and knead again.
  3. We heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
  4. We form some flat burger the size of a palm of the hand.
  5. We fry the burgers on middle-heat on each site 5-7 minutes until they are ready.
  6. We cut the sesame gems into two halfs and toast them on the lowest heat for about 1 minute.
  7. Now we wash the salad...
  8. ...peel the onions and cut them into filmy rings.
  9. We wash the tomatoe and cut it into slices.

 

 

     

  • We give one gem-half on a plate.
 

 

  • We add some salad.

 

  • Now we add a cooled off burger (the consistency will be better if cooled off a little bit)

 

  • We add onion rings.

 

  • Now we add the tomatoe slice.
 

 

  • some ketchup

 

  • and the other half of the burger-gem.
