- At first we cook 1 litre of water.
- We take a small cooking pot and we add the water, the gnocchi and
a little salt.
- We will cook the Gnocchi about 4 minutes until they are ready.
- After that you cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander
and flush it shortly with some cold water.
- For the pesto we cut the basil leaves into small pieces.
- We peel the garlic.
- We add into a bowl the garlic, the basil leaves, the tomato puree
and the olive oil.
- We mix everything together and flavor with some salt.
- Now you can mix the Gnocchi with the Pesto and serve everything together.
