Fried Sausages with Onion Rings and mashed-potatoes

 

 
 

What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 1 kilogram (2,2 lb) potatoes
  • 1 pack Tofu Sausages
  • 3 Onions
  • Olive oil for frying
  • a little soycream
  • a little mustard
  • Salt
  • 20 minutes of your time!

  1. We boil 1/2 litre water.
  2. We peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. The smaller the faster to cook.
  3. We give the potatoes and the hot water into a small cooking pot and cook them for about 12 minutes.
  4. We peel the onions and cut them into filmy rings.
  5. We heat plenty olive oil and add the tofu-sausages.
  6. We fry the sausages on each side 3 minutes.
  7. If they are ready we fry the onion rings. They are being fried for about 5 minutes. Stir until ready.
  8. If the potatoes are done we cast the content of the cooking pot into a colunder.
  9. Now we can mix them and add 70 ml soycream. We flavor with salt.
  10. Now you can serve everything together.
