What you need for 2-3 persons:
- 200 gram (7 oz) dried chickpeas (if you take them fresh chickpeas
out of the can it won't work)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- falafel-spice (coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, pimento, cloves,
ginger, nutmeg)
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 salad
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- tahini (sesam mush)
- 3 cups of vegetable oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 pita bread
- 3 cup of water
- juice of 1/2 citron
- 30 minutes of your time!
