- We preheat the oven to 250 degree celsius
- We stab the eggplants several times with a fork. If we don't they'll
explode later ;-)
- Now we bake the eggplants about 45 minutes in the oven. In the meantime
you can relax.
- Afterwards we let them cool down.
- We cut them into two halfs and remove the flesh with a tablespoon.
- Now we mix the flesh with basil, three tablespoons olive oil and three
peeled and smashed cloves of garlic. Afterwards we flavor with some
salt.
- You can serve the mush together with pitabread and vegetables.
