What you need for 1-2 persons:

  • 1/2 litre (1 pint) soy milk
  • 2-3 teaspoons cacao
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • whip soy-cream
  • some chocolate coating
  • 10 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we heat the soymilk in a small cooking pot.
  2. Now you add the cacao and the sugar.
  3. Now you take an egg whip or a tablespoon and mix everything together.
  4. If the cacao is boiled shup up the heat.
  5. With an egg whip or a mixer we mix the soycream until we get a smooth and solid whipped cream.
  6. We rasp the chocolate coating.
  7. We cast the cacao-milk into a glass, add the soycram and finally the chocolate coating.
