- At first we heat the soymilk in a small cooking pot.
- Now you add the cacao and the sugar.
- Now you take an egg whip or a tablespoon and mix everything together.
- If the cacao is boiled shup up the heat.
- With an egg whip or a mixer we mix the soycream until we get a smooth
and solid whipped cream.
- We rasp the chocolate coating.
- We cast the cacao-milk into a glass, add the soycram and finally the
chocolate coating.
