What you need for 2 persons:

  • 4-6 crispbreads
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper out of the mill
  • 1 tomatoe and some basil leaves for topping.
  • 8 minutes of your time!

  1. We peel the avocados, core them and mix them together with the peeled cloves of garlic and flavor with salt.
  2. We peel the onion and cut it into filmy rings.
  3. We cut the tomatoe into slices.
  4. We wash the basil.
  5. We elapse the avocado mush on top of the crispbreads and add black pepper.
  6. Top everything with basil leaves and tomatoe slices.
