What you need for 2-3 persons:

for the dough:

  • 250 gram (8,8 oz) flour
  • a little vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teespoon salt

for the rest:

  • 400 ml (13,5 fl oz) soymilk
  • 1 teflon-coated frying pan
  • 1 glass cherries (about 300 gram (10,6 oz)).
  • some powdered sugar
  • soy vanilla ice cream
  • 3 teespoons cornstarch
  • 15 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we make our dough: we mix all ingredients for the dough together until we get a smooth dough.
  2. With a paper towl we levigate the vegetable oil in the frying pan. Now we heat the pan.
  3. We add some dough and fry it on each side for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. For the sauce we heat the cherry-juice in a small cooking pot.
  5. We add the cornstarch and mix everything together. Now the sauce becomes thicker. Now we can add the cherries. Shut off the heat.
  6. Now we can serve the crêpe together with the cherry-sauce and some soy-vanilla ice cream.
