- At first we peel the potatoes and afterwards cut them into middle-sized
pieces.
- We set a large cooking pot onto the cooker and add the potatoes and
about 1,5 litre water and add some salt.
- We boil them for about 15-20 minutes on full heat until the potatoes
are ready.
- Then we cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander (don't
flush them with water: they'll become watery).
- In between the potatoes are boiling we can prepare our spinach.
- If you have fresh spinach instead of deep-frozen wash the spinach
and remove the helves. Afterwards cut it into small pieces. If you have
deep-frozen spinach you just need to cut it into small pieces.
- Heat a pan and add the spinach. Boil it for about 3 minutes whilst
stirring. Afterwards you can add the soycream. Flavour with salt.
- Now you can serve everything together.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
