What you need for 2 persons:

  • 10 potatoes
  • 250 ml (8,5 fl oz) soycream.
  • 250 gram (8,9 oz / 0,5 lb) spinach (deep-frozen is much easier to prepare)
  • salt
  • 25 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we peel the potatoes and afterwards cut them into middle-sized pieces.
  2. We set a large cooking pot onto the cooker and add the potatoes and about 1,5 litre water and add some salt.
  3. We boil them for about 15-20 minutes on full heat until the potatoes are ready.
  4. Then we cast the content of the cooking pot into a colander (don't flush them with water: they'll become watery).
  5. In between the potatoes are boiling we can prepare our spinach.
  6. If you have fresh spinach instead of deep-frozen wash the spinach and remove the helves. Afterwards cut it into small pieces. If you have deep-frozen spinach you just need to cut it into small pieces.
  7. Heat a pan and add the spinach. Boil it for about 3 minutes whilst stirring. Afterwards you can add the soycream. Flavour with salt.
  8. Now you can serve everything together.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
