What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 2-3 fake-meat chicken-style (chickin-filets)
  • 2-3 burger-gems
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 2-3 ananas slices out of the can (or fresh)
  • some iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 15 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we was the iceberg lettuce, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
  2. We mix it together with the vegan mayonnaise.
  3. We heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chickin-filets for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. We drip off the ananas-slices.
  5. Now we can make our burger: at first we take one half of a gem, then we add the salad, afterwards the chickin-filet, the ananas-slice and finally the other half of the burger-gem.
  6. I prefer to eat selfmade french fries together with the burger ;-)
