What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 250 gram (8,8 oz) tofu
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato
  • toast
  • 2 cloves of garlic
 

 

  • some tomato puree
  • cucumber
  • some salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 15 minutes of your time!

  1. We heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. We slice the tofu (thickness about 1/2 centimeter)
  3. We fry the tofu slices about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Flavor the tofu with pepper and salt.
  5. We mix the vegan mayonnaise with some tomato puree and add 2 peeled and smashed cloves of garlic.
  6. We wash the tomato and the cucumber and cut them into filmy slices.
  7. We wash the salad and dry it with a salad spinner.

 

 

     

  • First we start with a toast.
 

 

  • We add some salad.

 

  • Now we add the cucumber slices...

 

  • ...the fried tofu...

 

  • ...the sauce...
 

 

  • ...the tomato slices...

 

  • and another toast.
