What you need for 2-3 persons:
- 250 gram (8,8 oz) tofu
- vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tomato
- toast
- 2 cloves of garlic

- some tomato puree
- cucumber
- some salad
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- 15 minutes of your time!

- We heat the olive oil in a pan.
- We slice the tofu (thickness about 1/2 centimeter)
- We fry the tofu slices about 3 minutes on each side.
- Flavor the tofu with pepper and salt.
- We mix the vegan mayonnaise with some tomato puree and add 2 peeled
and smashed cloves of garlic.
- We wash the tomato and the cucumber and cut them into filmy slices.
- We wash the salad and dry it with a salad spinner.

- First we start with a toast.
