What you need for 2-3 persons:

  • 6 scopes of vanilla soy ice cream
  • a little chocolate coating
  • 250 ml (8,5 fl oz) whip soy cream
  • 2 bananas
  • almond fragments for garnishing
  • 10 minutes of your time!

  1. At first we whip the soy cream with a mixer.
  2. We peel the bananas und cut them into slices.
  3. We cut the chocolate coating into small pieces.
  4. For the chocolate coating you need 2 cooking pots: one that is flat and broad and one that is smaller and bigger in height. We give some water into the flad cooking pot. Into the large cooking pot we put the small one and add the chocolate coating - now the chocolate coating won't scorch. That's a very important step and it won't work without 2 cooking pots (water bath)!
  5. We heat the chocolate coating until it becomes a liquid. Now you can lower the heat.
  6. Now you give the scopes of vanille soy ice cream onto a plate. Around it we add the banana slices. On top of everything we add the soy cream afterwards the chocolate coating and finally the almond fragments.
