What you need for 12 muffins:

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup grounded cobnuts
  • 1 rounded tablespoon soy flour
  • few bitter almond aroma drops (not necessarily)
  • 3 mellow bananas
  • 4 tablespoons vegan chocolate creme
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 30 minutes of your time!

  1. We preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.
  2. We peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  3. We take a large bowl and add all other ingredients and stir them until we get a dough.
  4. We add the bananas and stir the dough again.
  5. We oil the muffin-baking-pan with some cloth dipped into a little oil
  6. Now we give the dough into the baking pan.
  7. We bake the muffins 20-25 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
  8. After baking you let them cool down. Afterwards you can remove them from the baking-pan with a teaspoon.
